Can I use this service?

We are able to assist you if you are aged 60 years or over and/or vulnerable disabled residing in Pembrokeshire and an owner occupier or private tenant.

How can you help me?

• We will visit you at home to talk about what you need to safely remain living independently
• Provide advice, information and support
• Help you to ensure you are claiming your full welfare benefit entitlement
• Identify any further issues eg. security, carers needs
• Provide technical assistance
• Identify sources of funding eg. Grants, Charitable Funding, etc
• Put you in touch with other organisations that may help you
• Provide a list of reputable builders

How much will it cost?

Support and advice are provided free. The Agency will work with you to identify ways of funding any repairs/adaptations required eg. grants, charitable funding, insurance claims, or through your own resources if appropriate.
