Advice and support

Pembrokeshire Housing offers a range of advice and support services for tenants including welfare benefits and community alarms.

Welfare Benefits Service

Pembrokeshire Housing has two full time Welfare Benefits Advisors

Sharon and Helen are available to offer advice on a range of welfare benefits and can provide assistance if you need help with applying for housing benefit. To request assistance with applying for housing benefit or if you would like some advice on benefits you may be entitled to please call 0800 854568.

Community Alarm Service

If you are a tenant of Pembrokeshire Housing and are elderly or disabled you may benefit from having a community alarm installed at your property. The equipment is compact and easy to install, you just need to have a BT landline already set up at your property.

If you are prone to falls or have a medical condition that means that you need help quickly in an emergency, a community alarm could be of real benefit to you. You will be able to access help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with the community alarm.
