Benefits and Money Advice
Pembrokeshire Housing has a team of Benefits and Money Advisors who can provide advice and assistance over the phone, by e-mail, or in person either at our offices in Haverfordwest or visiting you at home. They are available to offer advice and assistance to claim any benefits you may be entitled to. They are also able to provide advice and support with budgeting and debt and opening a basic bank account.
If you need advice and assistance, please contact our Benefits and Money Advisors on 0800 854568.
Community Alarm Service
If you are a tenant of Pembrokeshire Housing and are elderly or disabled you may benefit from having a community alarm installed at your property. The equipment is compact and easy to install, you just need to have a BT landline already set up at your property.
If you are prone to falls or have a medical condition that means that you need help quickly in an emergency, a community alarm could be of real benefit to you. You will be able to access help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with the community alarm.
