Work-life balance

As an Investor in People the Association recognises its greatest asset is the people that we employ. Through the introduction of more flexible working arrangements we seek to provide an improved work-life balance for our employees whilst at the same time ensuring the needs of the business are met.

We have a number of options available which are subject to the needs of the service and the post requirements. These include:

  • Part-time working
  • Job sharing
  • A flexi-time system
  • Unpaid leave of up to 2 weeks
