...are available for people who are 55 or over and may have additional needs, for example, if you are having difficulties with the stairs where you are currently living, or you may be receiving meals on wheels.
Each scheme offers independence and privacy in a modern purpose built complex of self contained apartments. The schemes have a range of facilities including laundry, hairdressing facilities, shop and guest suite. Lunch is freshly prepared daily in the restaurant.
There are no steps and the schemes have been designed with people's changing needs in mind. The schemes offer safety and security and plenty of opportunities for social interaction.
To qualify you must be registered with www.ChoiceHomesPembrokeshire.org and have had a recent adult social care assessment. You can request an assessment from Pembrokeshire County Council on 01437 764551.
