Who we are
This year Pembrokeshire Housing celebrates 35 years of providing affordable quality homes. Since it was established in 1981 as an independent, not for profit housing provider it has achieved consistent growth and now provides over 2,500 homes across the County. These range from 1 bedroom flats through to 3 & 4 bedroom family homes including those designed for wheelchair users. It provides designated accommodation for older persons in sheltered and extra care housing. It also provides a range of accommodation for people with specialised support needs.
It is the parent of two active subsidiary organisations:
this was formed in 2015 by the merger of the Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion Care & Repair agencies. It provides advice, support and information on a range of repairs and adaptations to enable older and/or disabled persons to remain in their own home in safety, comfort and security.
develops and sells houses in the private market. Its earnings are covenanted to the parent for investing in affordable housing.
