Tell us what you think!

This autumn we embarked on a review of our repairs service. The aim is to ensure that the service delivers what customers need and also delivers efficiency, value for money and excellent customer service.

We engaged with an independent consultant who provided us with a report of things that we need to improve upon to make sure the service delivers what our customers need.

We will soon be asking you for your input to find out your views! This is your chance to give us feedback on the repairs service and tell us of any changes you would like to see.

But remember, you don 't have to wait until then to tell us what you think!
